Our Manufacturing & Technical Assembly team are a specialised service with a primary focus on identifying, designing and manufacturing innovative offsite solutions within a highly controlled workshop environment.
We have excellent experience in modular design, fabrication, transportation and installation in challenging environments. Our Manufacturing & Technical Assembly capabilities are utilised across all sectors to minimise on-site works, resulting in increased project efficiencies.
We design, manufacture and assemble to a wide variety of different processes, such as CE & UKCA Marking, EXC2 Structural Steel and BS and ASME welding procedures.
We develop innovative, cutting edge process and water solutions using advanced technology. Working closely with our technology partners, we utilise proven advanced technology for optimal solutions for our water and process industry clients in the UK and internationally.
Fully supported by our multi-discipline design, project management, control & automation and commissioning specialists, our pre-assembled products and modules are fully tested prior to shipment to site, under simulated process conditions. Clients have the opportunity to witness the modules ‘in operational mode’, giving a high degree of assurance prior to onsite integration with associated systems and technologies, enabling significantly reduced construction, commissioning periods, with the added benefit of training personnel offsite.
